ICT Resource Accessibility and Competencies In Usage After The Covid-19 Partial Closure of Pre-Tertiary Schools In Ghana: Administrators’ Perspective

The used sequential explanatory mixed-method approach descriptive survey design. target population was 70 Public Senior High (PSHS) five Birim Central Municipality. census include all PSHS administrators, expert purposive sampling technique selection 10 respondents be interviewed, whiles 60 were required complete questionnaire. revealed that computers most accessible equipment but without internet connectivity administrative work.
